Optical Reference Systems Ltd was founded in the year 2000 as a spin out from a UK university. Today, after significant investment, ORS Ltd has grown substantially with a broad range of skills and experience. Originally created to provide in situ monitoring solutions for the MOCVD R&D academic institutions and companies, ORS has now grown into a global in situ solutions provider for many different types of thin-film deposition systems to OEM’s and volume producers.
